Formula 1 Madrid 2026: Michelin-starred dining at Yugo The Bunker
From September 11th to 13th, Madrid hosts the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix. After the speed at MADRING, the night continues underground. High-end Japanese cuisine, a tasting menu, and an experience you won't find anywhere else. Book your table.

Key dates for the Madrid Grand Prix
Friday, September 11: F1 practice sessions (1:30 PM and 5:00 PM). Saturday, September 12: qualifying (4:00 PM). Sunday, September 13: Formula 1 race (3:00 PM to 5:00 PM). Activities wrap up in the afternoon, leaving your evenings free. Yugo The Bunker is open for dinner throughout the Grand Prix weekend.

From the track to the bunker: the post-race experience
Formula 1 is about precision, speed, and detail. At Yugo The Bunker, that same pursuit of perfection is brought to every dish. Featuring Michelin-starred Japanese cuisine since 2019, we offer two tasting menus—Classics and Evolution—within a space unlike any other restaurant in Madrid: an izakaya tavern upstairs and a Japanese bunker downstairs.

Michelin-starred since 2019 and recommended by the Repsol Guide since 2022. Grand Prix weekend is one of our busiest nights of the year. Book in advance to secure your table.

Formula 1 weekend menus
Two tasting menus with optional wine pairings. The Bunker Classics menu brings together the most iconic bites from our history, while the Evolution menu explores our latest creations. Both are available throughout the Grand Prix weekend, from Friday to Sunday.
