From the track to the bunker: the post-race experience

Formula 1 is about precision, speed, and detail. At Yugo The Bunker, that same pursuit of perfection is brought to every dish. Featuring Michelin-starred Japanese cuisine since 2019, we offer two tasting menus—Classics and Evolution—within a space unlike any other restaurant in Madrid: an izakaya tavern upstairs and a Japanese bunker downstairs.
